HIMG Regional Medical Park

Huntington Internal Medicine Group explored numerous development options to address its expanding facility needs. The most attractive alternative was the acquisition of a former Wal-Mart department store located on a highly visible site in Huntington. The physician group selected BBL Medical Facilities (BBL) to develop this extremely unique renovation and addition building program.

The Medical Park will house all of HIMG's 17-specialties and an Imaging Center. The Park has been designed with the premise and philosophy, to create a user-friendly environment that makes way-finding, along with patient, staff and physician convenience "the-priority".

HIMG selected BBL because of the company’s medical development experience and ability to provide HIMG with up-front project-cost "guarantees". These "guarantees" were provided at the earliest stage of project development.
