University of Charleston: Dorm & Parking Garage

CHARLESTON, WEST VIRGINIA
BBL is using the design/build process to deliver a 4 story, 49 Apartment/153 bed Residence Hall (80,000+ sf), along with a 523 car 4 story parking garage (124,000+ sf) to the University of Charleston. The single building project will include 4BR apartment style units which will include a living area and a kitchenette. Project to be completed in January 2010.
