GLENVILLE, WEST VIRGINIA
The project consists of financing and the design/build process to deliver a new 484 bed student housing complex. All units will be fully furnished with high quality modular furniture. The first floor of the building will include space for the displaced church and maintenance facility as well as additional unassigned space. Laundry room, service areas and common areas are included throughout the proposed project. Project will have a phased completion, 220 beds will be completed in August 2010 and the balance completed in January 2011.
