BBL Carlton was low bidder on this project, however, the project was well over budget. The project was placed up for bid again after drawing revisions and value engineering. BBL Carlton was the successful bidder again.
The four-story building provides medical training and administrative offices. In a partnership with Allied Health, the facility provides a mobile MRI and a CAT Scan station.
The project overcame a significant problem when a natural spring was encounter during construction. Special construction techniques resolved the situation and construction continued as anticipated.
